What we loved
Once I charged the monitor up as instructed and played around a little, I soon found this design was very straightforward and easy to use. The night mode is very clear and the night light is a lovely added feature. It is a very clever product that can be used not only for baby’s but for older children aswell. The sound and clarity of the monitor is very clear and reassuring, especially when sitting downstairs.
Overall, I was most impressed with the sound and infrared functions.
What to watch out for
When first opening up the box, I wanted to get started straight away however, I swiftly worked out that the instructions needed to be read first. The batteries, for the parent unit only take the rechargeable batteries supplied. At this point, I was not impressed as I am very used to opening products up, pressing a few buttons and getting started.
Basically, you need to read the instructions carefully – this is not a gadget that can simply be worked out by plugging in and charging.
MadeForMums verdict
Once you've set up this baby monitor and carefully read the instructions it's easy to use and offers great peace of mind for watching your baby sleep. I would highly recommend this baby monitor and feel it is very good value for money.
