The stretch fabric moulds to your shape and allows for growth, and can expand by up to two sizes to accommodate the changes in your breasts. What we love
Incredible expanding and shrinking boobs are part and parcel of breastfeeding, and a bra that fits perfectly one day often feels horribly uncomfortable the next. But not this one. The Carriwell Seamless Organic Cotton Nursing Bra is impressively stretchy, and easily accommodates the day-to-day changes in my bust.
The fabric is lovely and soft, and with no seams to rub on my tender nipples, it’s comfy enough to wear overnight.
I like the ruching and subtle lacy edging on this bra, and the seam-free style means I can wear it under tighter tops without unsightly lumps and bumps.
Although I’m no earth mother, I like the idea of an organic cotton bra, if only because it seems softer and gentler on my skin and my baby’s.
What to watch out for
The Carriwell Seamless Organic Cotton Nursing Bra is quite low cut at the front, and I find it doesn’t offer enough support – or coverage – for my oversized breastfeeding boobs. My breast pads seem to work their way free, and when I bend over, my nipples have a tendency to escape, too!
I also find I get quite sweaty, particularly under the bust where the fabric is thickest.
