Huggies Newborn nappies, cutely decorated with Disney's version of Winnie The Pooh and friends, feature 'pillowy soft quilting' for extra comfort and protection. They offer peace of mind to new parents and more experienced mums and dads alike.
What we love
These were the first nappies we used on our baby girl and they proved to be completely idiot-proof, even if my husband wasn't sure which was the front and which was the back.
The stretchy waistband and tabs, plus the elasticated leg holes, ensure a really snug fit, meaning that they keep all that leaky poo nicely contained.
The quilted inner is soft and super absorbent, so these nappies seem to hold a lot!
The Winnie The Pooh decoration on the nappy outer is a cute touch.
What to watch out for
They're not exactly slim-fit - if you're used to a thinner nappy then Huggies can seem rather bulky under some little babygros.
Unfortunately quality doesn't come cheap, so unless they're on special at the supermarket, these nappies may prove too expensive for some families. It's about £3.75 for a pack of 27.
Depending on your personal tastes, some of you might be irritated by the Disney Winnie The Pooh branding.
Who are Huggies Newborn nappies best for?
Parents who don't mind spending a bit extra to get a great fitting and super-absorbent nappy.
While Huggies Newborn nappies may not be as cheap as some other brands around, but they really do give you something for your money. They are very absorbent, keep poo contained and offer a snug fit. However, for some, the price will be too high, and the Disney design not to their liking.
