Offering two height settings, the Lindam Booster features a wipe-clean plastic seat with a secure 3-point harness and a removable tray. The tray is dishwasher safe and can be adjusted so your baby can sit correctly without slumping forward. The Lindam Booster Seat comes in blue and white, green and white and pink and white.
We bought the Lindam Booster Seat as a travel seat, but have ended up using it at home since Michela refused to sit in her highchair. Thanks to the Booster, we can have civilised family meals with no tantrums and less food flinging. Arm rests and back support make for a comfy seat in which Michela enjoys watching the Teletubbies and reading her board books.
What we love
The Lindam Booster Seat folds flat for storage and fits most dining chairs. It’s easy to assemble, adjustable and a doddle to clean. It’s good value for money compared to other boosters and takes less room than a highchair.
Its sturdy frame means it’s secure even with a fidgety baby. It also complies with GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) standards.
Although bulkier than briefcase-style boosters, the Lindam Booster Seat is still light and portable. The back of the seat folds down, so it fits under your table when it’s not in use.
Great for taking round friends’ and relatives’ houses when invited for meals.
What to watch out for
The Lindam Booster Seat is suitable from 12 months to 3 years. The tray doesn’t swivel, so I have to remove it when I want to sit Michela in or take her out.
You need to watch your finger and your baby’s when you’re slotting the tray into place. Adjusting the height of the seat can be a bit fiddly as the mechanism is a bit stiff.
The clips for the child harness and the chair harness are different sizes, so if you (or your toddler) accidentally clip the chair bit in the child bit, it’s tricky to release again.
If you have full-back chairs in light upholstery or leather, the Booster Seat might leave marks or impressions on the seat and on the back as the tab that controls its height sticks out.
The Lindam Booster Seat needs to be attached to a chair with a back, it’s not safe on a stool or bench without a back.
Who is the Lindam Booster Seat best for?
Parents after a space-conscious alternative to a highchair after their tot’s first birthday.
The Lindam Booster Seat is a sturdy seat that fits virtually any dining chair and is great value for money. It’s not a thing of beauty but it’s practical, lightweight and easy to clean.
