Motherease Trainer Pants are great for keeping clothes dry but have more of a nappy than real-pant feel. They're easy for your child to pull up and down, but are still snug enough around the legs to stop any mess from escaping.
Motherease Trainer pants are made from a polyurethane laminate outer (the same as Motherease nappy wraps), with a cotton terry inner and a double layer of fabric inside to soak up liquid. They come in a range of designs or plain white, and in sizes small, medium or large.
What we love
The waterproof outer means that accidents don’t make it through to your child’s clothes. They’re nicely elasticated around the waist, so that your child can pull them up and down himself, and around the legs so that they will probably contain a poo accident if necessary. They’re also very absorbent, so will easily soak up any accidents.
What to watch out for
They’re a bit nappy-like, especially if your child has been wearing Motherease nappies, as they look and feel very similar. This could be a bit confusing and let your child think that they can wee into them. However, this might mean they’re a good choice if you just want to protect against accidents when your child’s asleep in the car or nods off on the sofa.
Who are Motherease Trainer pants best for?
Mums who want absorbency and a pair of pants that a tot can pull up and down themselves.
These pants feel rather nappy-like which could confuse baby but they are absorbent and secure so may be good as a quick fix in the car or when your tot falls asleep on the sofa.
