They specialise in baby, nursery and safety products that make a parent’s life easier and a child’s life safer. The Prince Lionheart boosterPOD has evolved from the Prince Lionheart bébéPOD and bébéPOD PLUS.

The Prince Lionheart boosterPOD makes sitting safe, comfortable and fun. It has a dual strap system to secure the boosterPOD to any suitable chair quickly and easily. Additionally, the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD has a 3-point harness to keep your child safe and comfortable. We received the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD and were very excited with it. My daughter, Ella, loved the ‘squidgy’ foam seat and was eager to sit in it at the table. The smooth finish means it wipes clean in a minute with little fuss.

What we love

The Prince Lionheart boosterPOD has the most comfortable seat of any travel booster seat we have tried. It means that your child can sit for a length of time without getting squirmy, which is most welcome in a restaurant.

The Prince Lionheart boosterPOD is stylish (trendy colours) and extremely lightweight, which makes it easy to transport to any location. It won’t fit under all pushchairs but we were able to secure it to our Silver Cross Halo fairly easily.

The Prince Lionheart boosterPOD has easily attached to several different chairs when we’re out and Ella is thrilled to be sitting up at the “big” table instead of sitting in a store provided highchair. Also, I’m much happier as I know the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD is scrupulously clean as opposed to a public highchair.

The 3-point harness and seat straps of the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD are made of a very sturdy material that can be wiped, which gives me confidence that it will last long into the future. The Prince Lionheart boosterPOD is a very welcome addition to our family.

What to watch out for

As with most travel booster seats, the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD will not fit on all chairs but will fit on most. The straps that attach the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD to a chair are a bit stiff initially but should be easier to adjust over time.

If you have a small shopping basket in your pushchair, you’ll probably not be able to take the Prince Lionheart boosterPOD out and about on a day at the shops as it’s not super compact. However, it will fit in virtually any boot or car and is easy to take anywhere.

The price tag (£39.99) is a bit steep for some families but the comfort factor and the fact that it can be used by children age 12 months to 4 years make it a reasonable investment for your family.
