Simple Baby moisture and care review

As the pale green and pink pack suggests, Simple are ‘experts in sensitive skin’ and the wipes contain no perfume and no colour. They’re not the easiest of brands to come across in the supermarkets, but I did find them in my very large Tesco Extra store, and later saw them stocked in Boots as well.

What we love

Simple Baby moisture and care wipes are very reasonably priced compared to other well-known brands.

I was keen to try these wipes on Zac, 11 months, as he’s reacted to other brands of wipes I’ve tried. The pack also boasts of a no tears formula, paediatric approved, dermatologist approved, hypoallergenic and ph balanced - these passed the Zac test as they were very mild on his skin.

The snap shut lid is always a winner with me as it ensures the wipes stay moist over time and are nice and straightforward to open and close. The strength of the wipes got the thumbs up as they were robust enough to cope with a thorough bottom clean.

What to watch out for

Because of the, excuse the pun, simplicity of the wipes, there’s no fragrance at all to them and can seem somewhat bland for this (this is, of course, just my personal preference!).

I did get into a row with the packet when trying to get out one at a time and ended up with enough in my hand to clean all the bottoms of my daughter’s classmates!
