What we love
Lots of baby wipes come in huge packs that can really weigh you down when you're out and about. However, these little packs of 30 wipes are perfect for popping in your changing bag, and have a neat square-ish shape with appealing orange or white packaging.
Usually I'm someone who automatically reaches for non-fragranced wipes. However, the fruity aroma here really converted me. It was truly delicious – modern and fresh, not at all how wipes usually smell. This meant my 1-year-old smelt really lovely and citrusy afterwards so I enjoyed cuddling him even more than usual. The wipes were nice and thick and moist, and meant you didn't have to use lots of them to get the job done.
Vital Baby Hand & Face Wipes are paraben-free – something that many mums worry about these days, with many cheaper wipes still containing these controversial chemicals. They're specially formulated for sticky hands – every mother's bane – and are alcohol free. Ideal or those with sensitive skin, Vital Baby Hand & Face Wipes are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested, too.
I really liked the fact that the packs have an easy snap-shut lid to help keep them moist in between uses. They also came out individually very well. So many wipes end up coming out in clumps of two or three, which can be annoying and wasteful.
Most importantly the Vital Baby Hand & Face Wipes were effective. Very moist and thick, getting rid of poo, drool, snot and sticky residue off bottoms, faces and hands in seconds. Some cheaper wipes can let you down, but these really did the business.
What to watch out for
Vital Baby Hand & Face Wipes are on the pricy side when you consider you only get 30 in a pack. So you won't want to use them too indiscriminately. While small packs are good when you're out and about, at home it's often useful to have a larger pack on standby.

The Vital Baby Fragrance Free Hand & Face Wipes are just as good, if you prefer unscented products. The pack is very well designed too. However, if you prefer larger, more economical bumper packs, you might prefer to save these wipes for when you're out and about.
