  • 60g Blackberries
  • 60g Strawberries
  • 30g Blueberries
  • ¼ Banana
  • 4tbsp Blueberry or strawberry yoghurt
  • 2tsp Honey
    (optional)

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the berries and banana in a blender, along with the yoghurt and honey.

    • step 2

      Blend until all the lumps have gone and it’s a lovely deep purple colour, and pour into a glass to serve.
