- 60g Blackberries
- 60g Strawberries
- 30g Blueberries
- ¼ Banana
- 4tbsp Blueberry or strawberry yoghurt
- 2tsp Honey(optional)
Method
step 1
Put the berries and banana in a blender, along with the yoghurt and honey.

Blend until all the lumps have gone and it’s a lovely deep purple colour, and pour into a glass to serve.
