  • 2 Eating apples
    peeled
  • 2 Pears
    peeled
  • 100g Blueberries
  • 2-3tbsp Water

    Method

    • step 1

      Remove the cores from the pears and apples. Roughly chop the fruit and place in a saucepan with the water and blueberries. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, until soft.

    • step 2

      Whizz until smooth using a blender.
