Chicken casserole

- 1 Onionfinely chopped
- 2tsp Olive oilor vegetable oil
- 400g Chicken breastdiced
- 300g Carrotpeeled and chopped
- 300g New potatoeschopped
- 1 Heinz Cook at Home chicken stock cubedissolved in 500ml of boiling water
Method
step 1
Fry the onion in the oil until soft, then add the chicken and brown.
step 2
Transfer to a casserole dish and pour over the stock, adding the carrots and new potatoes.
step 3
Cook in the oven at 180C/350F/Gas mark 4 for an hour, or until the chicken is cooked through.
step 4
Purée all ingredients together.
