- 25g Pork mince
- 1 Carrotpeeled and chopped
- ½ Leekfinely sliced
- 2 Apricots
- ½ Parsnippeeled and chopped
Method
step 1
Dry fry the pork until cooked and transfer to a small casserole dish.
step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and pour in enough water to cover.
step 3
Cover with foil and cook in preheated oven at 170C/325F/Gas mark 3 until soft.
step 4
Blend all ingredients to a smooth puree.
