Whether your littles ones are new to dance or want to get in some practice while they can't attend lessons, they'll love following along to Sarah's daily sessions.

Sarah is running an incredible range of classes each day:

2-5 years
5-7 years
8-13 years
13 years+/adult
Grandmas & Grandpas

Keep an eye on Sarah's Instagram stories to see what she's teaching on the day and what time to tune in, or you can go back and catch up with previous lessons on YouTube. Sarah makes her classes for younger kids (2 to 5 years) particularly engaging using props including a fairy wand and teddy bear or you can move up an age group for more advanced lessons.

With basic stretches and movements for adults and even grandparents, her classes are something all the family can get involved with.

2. Watch the CBeebies ballet version of Goldilocks and the Three Bears

BBC iPlayer is featuring wonderful CBeebies ballets of classic stories including Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Tortoise and the Hare and Three Little Pigs. Designed for toddlers and pre-schoolers, each episode is around 45 mins and features colourful sets and costumes that bring the traditional stories to life and is a delightful way to introduce ballet to little dancers.
