Recipe courtesy of Juices and Smoothies for Kids, by Amanda Cross, Hamlyn, £12.99

  • 250g Raspberries
  • 250ml Apple juice
  • 200g Blueberries
  • 4tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 1tbsp Clear honey
    to taste
  • 1tbsp Wheatgerm
    (optional, buy it from health food shops)

    Method

    • step 1

      Puree the raspberries with half of the apple juice.

    • step 2

      Puree the blueberries with the remaining apple juice.

    • step 3

      Mix together the yoghurt, milk, honey and wheatgerm if using (it's worth adding as high in fibre and protein) and add a spoonful of the rasberry puree.

    • step 4

      Pour the blueberry puree into the glass and pour on the yoghurt mixture carefully.

    • step 5

      Finally pour the raspberry puree over the surface of the yoghurt and serve chilled.
