Sleepy Time podcast episode 8: Sensory bedtime story for 5 to 8 year olds
Mindfulness expert Suzy Reading's podcast will take your child on a nature journey - then return them home ready for sleep. Read by Gemma David of The Quiet Heart
This podcast will help calm your child as they settle into bed ready for sleep.
They'll be aked to visualise a journey through a wood – to see the creatures there, including the birds in the sky, and to hear the gentle flapping of their wings.
After they've walked through nature, they'll be encouraged to return home to feel the softness of their mattress, and the bed covers wrapping around them.
They'll feel relaxed, safe, and ready for the land of Nod.
