Strawberry sorbet ice lollies

- 6 ice lollies
- 250g Strawberrieshulled and halved
- 1 Medium orangesqueezed
- 50g caster sugar
- 60ml water
Method
step 1
Put the sugar and water in a pan and boil until syrupy (about 3 minutes). Leave to cool. 2. Purée the strawberries and mix with syrup and juice. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, then freeze.See more
