- 100g White fish fillete.g. cod, plaice, haddock – or you could try salmon
- 1 Large potatopeeled, cubed and boiled
- 200ml Milk
- 1 Knob of butter
- 2tsp Frozen peas
- 1 Pouch of Heinz Cook at Home Cheese Sauceor similar
- 1tbsp Cheesegrated
Method
step 1
Put the milk and butter in a pan and heat to boiling point, then reduce heat to a simmer.

Put the fish in the milk and poach over a low heat, turning once. It should take only a few minutes to cook through.

Remove the cooked fish, retaining the milk mixture and fl ake the fish, carefully removing all bones.

Place the flaked fish into a small oven proof dish with the frozen peas and pour over the cheese sauce.
step 5
Mash the potato, adding a little of the reserved milk and use to top the fish and cheese mixture. Sprinkle over the cheese and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
