Fruity yoghurt cheesecakes

- 3 Baby/toddler biscuits
- 10g Unsalted buttermelted
- 1tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1tbsp Cream cheese
- A drop of vanilla essence
- 4 Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
Method
step 1
Put the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush to crumbs with a rolling pin.

Tip biscuit crumbs into a bowl and stir in melted butter.

Place two cookie cutters onto a greased baking tray and press biscuit mix down inside the cutters.
step 4
Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Mix together the yoghurt, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
step 6
Using a fork, mash in half of the berries.
step 7
Spoon the fruit and yoghurt mixture on top of each biscuit base, and decorate with a quartered strawberry or a whole blueberry or raspberry.
